2. Non-PNC Member Conference Registration – $210.00
3. Monday Poster Presentation and Reception Only – $30.00
Guest tickets and members who can only attend the Monday evening session.
4. Student Registration – $80.00
5. Tuesday ONLY – $85.00
For PNC members who can only attend on Tuesday.
Price includes breakfast.
6. Monday ONLY - INCLUSIVE – $100.00
Includes one day registration with breakfast, lunch & poster session/happy hour.

Please only select one CE option for each session (morning or afternoon). The classes are concurrent.

Early bird registration for PNC Members is open. The price is $130.00 for the full conference on Monday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 16. UPDATE 9/17/2018: Early-bird registration has now CLOSED. The full conference price for PNC members changes to $165.00 after September 14, 2018. Registration closes October 4th.

Not a PNC member? The registration price is $210.00.

Are you a current student? Registration for the conference is $80.00 with current student identification. Students with an accepted paper, poster, or lightning talk can have their conference registration waived (note: this does not cover CE registration); you will still have to register online. To request a waiver and find out how to register if you have had a paper, poster, or lightning talk accepted, contact Stephanie Debner, sdebner@uws.edu

Only attending Monday, October 15? The cost is $100.00, which includes breakfast, lunch, and the poster session/happy hour.

Only have time for the poster session/happy hour on the evening of Monday, October 15, or want to bring a guest for the happy hour? The cost is $30 (per person).

Can only attend on Tuesday, October 16? The cost is $85.00, which includes breakfast.

CE courses are not included in the full conference package. There are four offerings this year, two in the morning and two in the afternoon. CE programs are on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at the Spokane Public Library, LevelUp Meeting Rooms, 3^rd floor. Preregistration is required; each four-hour course is $125.

If you are arriving in Spokane on Sunday, October 14, there will be some dine-arounds, as well as a post-dinner meet-up. See the meeting’s Lodging and Hospitality page for more details.

Scholarships

PNC/MLA is offering two conference registration waivers to regular PNC members and two waivers for student members. In addition, the student member awards will include a one year renewal membership to PNC. Note that participants will need to register for the conference, and the scholarship waiver will be applied to the registration.

Apply to receive one of the awards by completing the application (linked below) and emailing the required documentation to Beth Hill, PNC Chapter Chair, at bkh1055@gmail.com by August 20, 2018.

Awardees will be named by the end of August.
